I have lived in the Southern Dallas, Northern Ellis counties area, most of my life, and have been selling real estate in it, for over 12 years, the last 8 years with Ebby Halliday Realtors, in the Duncanville, Texas office.

As we all know, technology has changed the way businesses operate, and the same is true with real estate. I have come to believe that with technology, it should not cost sellers and buyers, as much as it does to sell and buy property. Since commission based brokerages, don't hold the same belief, I started my own company, Call Art Realty.

We charge a flat fee for our services, which will result in considerable savings for our clients.  By using the internet, we have a unique marketing system, that combines old techniques and new ones.

We also study this market in depth, and know more about it, than most other agents. We are committed to providing a high level of service, so that you will want to recommend us to your friends
